Which are the main features of information search? How can we apply our knowledge on natural languages to create tools that are able to "understand" the needs of Internet users? Which are the main characteristics and difficulties in the creation of those tools?

This week, Judith Sastre, R+D Manager at Inbenta, will be lecturing at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on all this. Starting from practical cases she will try to provide an answer to these questions showing how Inbenta's natural language search system has developed in time.
